The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling high-value products or services, especially those requiring financing options. In this unique role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through their treatment journeys. Your primary focus will be bridging the gap between our dental specialists and patients, offering tailored treatment plans, presenting relevant solutions, and maximizing sales opportunities for additional services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective patients, establishing trust and rapport.
* Consultative Sales: Guide patients through the treatment options, explain the benefits of each, and introduce flexible financing plans to make high-ticket procedures accessible.
* Sales Management: Oversee patient treatment plans, ensuring seamless progression and identifying opportunities for additional treatments and product sales.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent Yorkshire Dental Suite’s premium reputation by delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

* Sales Expertise: Previous experience in sales, particularly with high-value products or services that require financing options, is essential.
* Relationship Building: You have the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them feel at ease while gaining their trust.
* Consultative Approach: You take a soft-selling, consultative approach to sales, offering recommendations and guidance without hard selling.
* Attention to Detail: A polished and professional approach to customer interactions, with a strong focus on client needs and satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Must be able to commute or relocate reliably to our Leeds office.
