Your Role as a Panel Beater
As a Panel Beater, you’ll play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their original condition. Key responsibilities include:
* Body Repairs: Repair and replace damaged panels with precision and expertise.
* Advanced Equipment: Use state-of-the-art tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
* Standards Compliance: Ensure all work meets BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer specifications.
* Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient repair process.
About You
We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven Experience: A background as a panel beater or multi-skilled technician in an accident repair bodyshop.
* Qualifications: ATA or NVQ certifications are highly desirable. (Don’t worry if yours have expired—we’ll support you in renewing them!)
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to repair work, ensuring every vehicle is restored to the highest standard.
