Established in 2012, our Darfield site has three production plants – two milk powder plants including a world’s largest spray drier producing 33 metric tonnes per hour, and a newly operational cream cheese plant producing 4.5 metric tonne of cream cheese every hour. During peak season, we process up to 7.2 million litres of milk every day.

We have an exceptional 6-month secondment opportunity to join us as Training Co-ordinator/Administrator.
You will be based at Reception as our first point of contact providing exceptional customer service to site visitors and contractors. You’ll play an integral part of our Support team, providing smooth and efficient administration for site inductions, Gallagher site security systems, as well as supporting with general administrative tasks and organising seamless site visits for our customers.
In addition, this is a pivotal role that supports the learning, development, and growth of our employees, ensuring that training and learning meets the needs of our people and maintains our licence to operate.
Core responsibilities include:
* You are the first “hello” for visitors to our site and ensure induction and site access requirements are met.
* Organising, coordinating, and administrating compliance training and assessment programmes within our Learning Management System (LMS).
* Supporting the office with administrative tasks embodying our Good Together values.
* Being the key point of contact for training to ensure training needs are met and training records are updated on personnel files.

We’re looking for an individual with a background or keen interest in adult learning. You will be a proactive self-starter and a strong communicator.
Other attributes that will help you succeed in this role:
* Effective communicator and able to build relationships across the business at all levels and with external suppliers/customers in person and in writing.
* Excellent time management skills to co-ordinate training activities and daily administrative tasks.
* Attention to detail and ability to accurately process data.
* Good knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office Applications.
