Senior Contentious Employment Lawyer – FTC (3-6 Months)
The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has opened up with a leading law firm specializing in litigation and employment law. They are looking for a Senior Contentious Employment Lawyer to join their team on a full-time basis. The role is set to begin as soon as possible and is initially offered for 3-6 months, with the potential for a permanent position.
This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the firm’s London office, with the flexibility to work remotely. While you'll need your own laptop initially, all necessary equipment will be provided as the role progresses.
Role Overview:
* Handling contentious employment litigation, with an openness to candidates from a commercial litigation background who have employment or partnership experience.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in employment disputes, including restrictive covenants, breach of confidentiality, high court disputes, and employment contract breaches.
* Key responsibilities include contentious work, negotiating settlements, and acting for senior executives, partnerships, or firms.
