We are seeking a skilled Senior Administrator to join a thriving sales and manufacturing team based in Skipton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office and providing support to the management team.
Duties
- Organise and maintain office systems
- Computerise data using various software applications including CRM or ERP
- Handle administrative tasks such as phone etiquette, clerical duties, and data entry
- Manage office correspondence and communications
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Conduct research and compile data as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in using office software
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Experience in data entry and typing accurately
