Job Purpose:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll engage with both internal and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Manage sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures while coordinating with Credit Control.
* Logistics Coordination: Organise direct deliveries, liaising with suppliers and customers for smooth operations.
* Invoicing: Allocate daily orders, process and post invoices, and resolve customer queries related to billing.
* Quotation Management: Produce accurate quotations for contractors, understanding pricing guidelines and margins.
* Communication: Maintain efficient communication between the Sales Office and the external Sales team, updating the company project database.
* Administrative Support: Fulfil administrative duties, including logging design requests and managing contractor collections.

Who You Are:
* You have experience in an office environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
* You possess strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* You are computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
* GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 and above.
* Previous experience in customer service and internal sales environments.
