FP&A Manager – SaaS Scale-Up (Hybrid, Central London) | Up to £75K + Benefits
Robert Half is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing SaaS/FinTech business based in Central London that is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their expanding finance team. The Role
As an FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial strategy and business performance and working alongside the CFO. Your responsibilities will include:
* Business partnering with international Sales & Marketing teams to track and manage pipeline developments to drive strong company growth
* Working cross-functionally with global teams to analyse core KPIs, translating data into actionable insights that enhance company performance
* Assisting in the creation of board and leadership decks, effectively summarising business strategy and objectives for decision-makers
* Building and maintaining financial models for group-level budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Supporting potential financing or exit transactions by developing models and preparing reports for investors
* Taking ownership of key financial processes, including monthly consolidation, audit, tax, and annual filings
* Working with suppliers to optimise costs and source new service providers to support rapid business expansion
* Setting ambitious goals and working closely with the CFO to drive continuous improvement across financial processes
About You
We’re looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with a strong background in start-up or scale-up environments. The ideal candidate will have:
* Industry experience in tech, SaaS, or FinTech (highly advantageous)
* Proven business partnering expertise, particularly with commercial teams
* Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
* Experience working with Salesforce (desirable)
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
