Our client, a leading technology company based in South Lanarkshire, is looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring smooth operations in the office environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Front of House: Provide a professional and efficient front-of-house reception service, projecting a positive and professional image of our client.
2. Support the Senior Leadership Team: Assist the members of the Senior Team, including the Chief Executive, by providing comprehensive administrative support including the preparation of Board paperwork.
3. General Administration: Carry out day-to-day office and administrative support activities.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint).
4. Positive can-do attitude.
