Are you a skilled and proactive maintenance professional looking for a rewarding role? We are looking for a tidy, practical and conscientious individual who works well both as part of a team and independently. This position requires good planning and organisational skills, tenacity and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with members of staff, students and external contractors. An understanding of Health & Safety compliance related to premises and knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and decorating is essential. Previous experience in maintaining a Hydrotherapy Pool and Plant room or willingness to undertake the Pool Plant Operator qualification is required.
