We are inviting applications for Receptionist within Admin department for an International Global Bank based in Harrow. Additional Roles and Responsibilities JOB ROLE Manage Reception Desk SBI UK Ltd - Hygeia House Office and assist in all GB & Admin related functions. JOB RESPONSIBILITY · Greets and welcomes customers, potential customers and other visitors and directs them to the appropriate bank staff. · Notifies appropriate staff when a visitor with an appointment arrives. · Oversees and maintains waiting area, keeping it stocked with brochures. · Answers questions and provides general information on banking services and policies. · Answers incoming phone calls, transfers calls, and takes messages when necessary. · Follows up on minor issues. · Monitoring Front Entrance reception area for staff/visitors, to ensure they are scanned with Thermal Temperature Guns at the time of arrival · Liaising with Premises/Facilities Manager with facilities matter in the Office/ Banking Hall area. · Liaise with building management with online booking systems for visitors including vendor/ third party contractor etc. · Liaise with vendors for services including visits, bookings, issues etc. · Assisting in Administrative work (filing, scanning, copying) · Refilling the printer and ensure the area neat and tidy and replenishing the Pantry area during the day time. · Assist the team as and when required · Maintain clean desk policy. · Assistance in setting up video and audio conferences, projectors, PCs, and laptops. · Ensure to complete training on time without reminders. · Assisting the team in arranging social/bank events inside/outside the premises. · Adhoc general admin duties as on when required · Visiting periodically to another office, if required. · Cover arrangement for other staffs like Senior Associate Payments in GB and Admin department · Any other work/task assigned from time to time by Line manager/Head of the department/Chief Operating Officer
