Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Support: Assist in handling HR queries and providing support to employees across different regions.
* On-boarding & Off-boarding: Manage the full cycle of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience while leveraging Workday and ADP technology as well as various Microsoft Office products to present data to stakeholders.
* Internship & Externship Program Management: Oversee the induction process for US and non-US interns, including creating and managing the induction calendar.
* Benefits Renewals & Administration: Support the non-US benefit programs. Experience negotiating and designing non-US benefits from medical through to pension. Understanding where the market is and how to build and advise on competitive benefits and providers for non-US offices. Update and amend the benefits guide as necessary and ensure communication of updates to employees.
* HR Communication: Draft and send out HR-related communications, including firm-wide announcements and monthly newsletters.
* Collaboration with EAs & Facilities: Liaise with executive assistants (EAs) for various HR-related activities, special events, new joiners, and various in office services
* HR Systems: Maintain and manage employee data in Workday, and assist with various payroll responsibilities between HR and finance.
* Strong experience working with Workday and ADP. Able to assist in future enhancement across both systems with an eventual goal to integrate them and various benefit carriers and providers.
* Payroll Support: Learn and provide support with ADP payroll systems as required.
The Successful Applicant
Essential Requirements:
* 5+ years of Human Capital experience within a global financial services firm, ideally headquartered in the US.
* Hands on working knowledge of Financial Services regulation within the UK
* Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently and with great attention to detail.
* Warm and Outgoing Personality: A positive and professional demeanour, able to engage with employees across different regions and cultures.
* Advanced Workday Proficiency: Experience with or a strong willingness to learn the Workday HR system.
* Solid experience with excel, power point, and all Microsoft Office products.
* Ability to put together presentations for Sr HR members utilising data and technology.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be available for evening calls as necessary to coordinate with US-based colleagues.
* Office Presence: Ability to work in the office 4 days a week at our client's Central London location
