Customer Logistics Executive Mat Cover (16-18 months)- Surrey (3 days in office)- Up to £38k
We are looking for a passionate and growth driven logistics and customer service administrator to join one of the UK’s top drinks distributors in Surrey/ South West London!
This is an incredible opportunity to join a vibrant team where growth and progression is encouraged, and you will be able to work with some fantastic famous brands. The business is currently undergoing massive growth, so there might be potential to become permanent after this contract!
In this role, you will be:
* Processing sales orders for customers (working with on trade and off trade B2B clients across UKI)
* Maintaining the ERP system with up to date customer and product information
* Supporting with customer service queries (EDI/ email/ phone)
* Ensuring all customers receive great customer service
* Liaising with 3PL partners for delivery updates
What we would love:
* Experience within an FMCG supply chain/ logistics/ customer service role (food and bev would be ideal!)
* Great communication and relationship building skills
* Strong initiative and a keen mind to improve processes
* Good attention to detail
* Excel skills + a system (Oracle would be preference)
