The successful candidates time will be spent designing and creating training programmes around policy, process and interpersonal skills, delivering training in person and working with the HR Manager and Line Managers to analyse learning needs and identify skills gaps across the organisation as well as solving specific training problems. What you’ll need to succeed You will hold a relevant learning & development or training qualification and have a demonstrable understanding and up to date knowledge of practice relevant to the organisation. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong presentation, facilitation, organisation and time management skills. You'll be able to demonstrate recent experience of delivering training, and have experience of assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training. With the occasional need to travel to other sites across Norfolk, you will hold a full drivers license and have access to your own transport.
