Invoice Dynamo: Manage a high volume of sales invoicing and purchase ledger entries with flair. Admin Ace: Support our finance team with various administrative tasks to keep the ship sailing smoothly. Order Up: Raise and receipt purchase orders, manage credit card transactions, and keep those purchasing logs tidy Time Keeper: Maintain our time and attendance system, tracking holidays and sick records like a champion. Payroll Partner: Collate hours for payroll and report on time sheets to keep everything running like clockwork. Receptionist Ninja: Step in to cover the reception area and assist fellow Finance and Admin Assistants when needed. End-of-Period Pro: Dive into period-end trading and help collate weekly reports for Sage/QuickBooks. Policy Protector: Ensure all accounting policies are followed to keep us in tip-top shape. What You Bring: Accounting Ace: Experience with SAGE or Intuit QuickBooks is essential. Job Costing Expert: Familiarity with job costing using Sage or QuickBooks is a must Detail-Oriented Dynamo: A keen eye for detail and accuracy-nothing gets past you Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (SAGE, QuickBooks). Organization Superstar: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time like a pro.
