The Estates, Facilities and PFI (EFP) Division is looking for an outstanding, dynamic and highly motivated Quality Matron to join our patient focussed EFP Division at UHNM.
The EFP Division has an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse/AHP to undertake the role of Quality Matron in our high performing Division. Working alongside our PFI Partners Sodexo, clinical colleagues and EFP Heads of Service you will provide a highly visible & supportive presence within the organisation acting as the interface between the operational services within EFP which includes catering, facilities, estates, capital, transformation & sustainability, clinical technology, and PFI contract performance management. As the clinical expert, you will be the key link for the EFP Division into the clinical environment and patient experience at UHNM ensuring EFP deliver the highest quality & safe patient care and experience.
Main duties of the job
This exciting role will support the development of your existing skills enhancing your leadership, professional & people management within the clinical and non clinical environment. As a role model you will influence and contribute to the development of nursing and EFP Services across the Division and Trust.

Essential Qualifications

1. Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification.
2. 1st level Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife/ AHP
3. Evidence of continuous management development.
4. Able to demonstrate the acquisition of professional knowledge in clinical practice (equivalent to Masters Level)
5. Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
6. Experience of leading the implementaion of service improvement including complex change management programmes at a management level.
7. Evidence of effective resource management
8. Experience of leading and managing others
9. Experience of measuring and evaluating outcomes in order to secure improvement.
