We are supporting a Primary school who is looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis until Easter, with the potential to transition to a full-time role. The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 1 students, including providing SEN support for those who need additional help with their learning. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons in maths, English, and other core subjects. Providing 1:1 and small group support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they can access the curriculum and make progress. Assisting in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with specific learning needs. Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
