Support Worker (Children's Services) Days & Nights
Salary: £12.21 per hour with enhanced weekend and bank holiday rates.
Hours: Full Time Hours covering days, nights, and weekends.
Are you an experienced support worker with a passion for making a difference in children's lives? We are seeking experienced children's support workers to join our dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
About The Role
* Provide compassionate and person-centered care to children in line with their individual needs.
* Support children with their daily routines, education, and emotional well-being.
* Lead and supervise staff, ensuring best practices are followed at all times.
* Maintain accurate records and reports in line with policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies.
* Ensure a safe and positive living environment for children.
About You
* Experience working with children in a care or support setting is essential.
* A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach and a passion for improving the lives of children in residential care.
* Flexibility to work days and nights across a Monday-Sunday rota.
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.
