Job Description
The Client Development Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, including Nielsen Brandbank’s key customers. These customers are of strategic importance to Nielsen Brandbank, and your role will focus on delivering revenue, aligning services, and strategically positioning key products and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver revenue targets by retaining subscription revenue and generating new business within existing accounts and new clients or verticals.
2. Manage and grow your client portfolio through cross-functional engagement, focusing on short, mid, and long-term revenue opportunities.
3. Create and manage sales plans for your accounts, identifying activities for up-selling and cross-selling.
4. Forecast revenue accurately and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
5. Ensure timely delivery of product content for online launches by coordinating with clients.
6. Plan and direct account strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business KPIs, ensuring service margins are maintained.
7. Understand and sell Nielsen Brandbank’s value proposition, handling objections effectively.
8. Build rapport with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and identify support opportunities.
9. Create Account Development Plans with clear objectives and measures.
10. Negotiate contracts to grow revenue and services within your client base.
11. Support or lead sales of additional products and services beyond core subscriptions, using data and case studies.
12. Coordinate product delivery with operational teams to ensure excellent service levels.
13. Present to senior stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of managing revenue targets and exceeding personal goals.
* Strong sales experience with demonstrable results.
* Experience in key account management, strategic sales planning, and pipeline management.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Confidence in presenting at Board level and leading meetings.
* Experience in software sales is preferable.
* Interest in FMCG and eCommerce industries.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
* Professional appearance and confident communicator at all levels.
* Experience working with high-value or blue-chip clients, delivering revenue growth and strategic value.
Other:
* Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
