Job Title: Repairs Co-ordinator
Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing the administration of customer repairs throughout the entire repair process
* Reviewing customer orders and generating work packs for repair and dispatch
* Pricing and invoicing repairs accurately and efficiently
* Providing daily and weekly status updates to airlines via email and telephone
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Compiling technical repair reports
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Previous administration and customer support experience
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident in using a variety of computer packages
* Exceptional communication skills
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Desirable:
* Working knowledge of a manufacturing or repairs environment
* Invoicing and pricing experience
* Knowledge of Power BI

The Repairs Team:
As a Repairs Co-ordinator, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic and supportive team, responsible for managing the administration of the Oracle database to process incoming and outgoing repair jobs. You’ll be at the heart of coordinating repairs for commercial airlines and Maintenance Repair Organisations (MROs), ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently. This vital role directly contributes to delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll have the chance to grow within a small, close-knit team, with excellent progression opportunities.
