We are seeking a multifaceted individual with a profound passion for the automotive industry to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses management and organisation of route planning for our fleet of vehicle transporters, coordination with drivers for vehicle collections, clearing finance markers, verifying legal ownership of vehicles and occasional negotiations and payment handling. This position demands attention to detail, legal awareness and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and manage routes for our fleet of vehicle transporters.
Coordinate with drivers for the timely collection of vehicles.
Manage the Drivers ensuring compliance with regulations.
Utilise computer systems for route optimisation, vehicle and driver logs, and finance clearance.
Engage with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Ensure all vehicles have clear finance markers before collection.
Verify the legal ownership of vehicles and handle any related discrepancies.
Negotiate as necessary and manage payment transactions.
Adhere to and maintain knowledge of transportation and ownership transfer laws.
Collaborate with the broader team and participate in various operational tasks.
Experience:
Profound knowledge and interest in cars and the motortrade.
Strong computer and organisational skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Possession of a valid driving licence.
Experience with or understanding of operator licence regulations (highly desirable).
Familiarity with vehicle finance and ownership legalities.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and financial acumen.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
