Account Executive (Nordic Speaker)
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 Days in Office)
Salary: Up to £80K Base + OTE

The Role
As an Account Executive - Nordic Speaker, you will be responsible for driving new business, winning new logos, and passing closed accounts to the expansion team. This is a high-impact, new-business-focused role, requiring strong pipeline generation skills and deep expertise in running structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, selling into mid-market companies (up to 1,000 employees) in the Nordics.
* Drive self-sourced pipeline generation, with 80% of opportunities created through outbound efforts.
* Follow a structured MEDDIC sales framework, ensuring a repeatable, high-success sales motion.
* Engage with HR and business leaders, demonstrating the platform’s value and ROI.
* Work cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, and solutions engineering to optimise sales execution.
What Does Success Look Like? Consistently hitting and exceeding targets, as well as closing new business in the Nordic region.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Fluent in a Nordic language (business-level proficiency required, Finnish is a plus).
* 3+ years of closing experience, selling mid market SaaS or enterprise solutions.
* Strong self-sourced PG experience, with the ability to build and manage outbound pipeline generation.
* Ability to follow a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC preferred).
* Experience selling to HR or business leaders is a plus but not required.
* Self-starter mentality, thriving in a high-growth, high-performance environment.
