We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
We are now recruiting for an FP&A Manager.
The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a forward-thinking business. Responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support myenergi’s growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
1. Providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision support to senior stakeholders.
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and growth.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships across the business, aligning financial goals with the business strategy.
4. Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
5. Deliver insightful, action-oriented analysis to address business challenges and propose solutions.
6. Build and maintain robust financial models to support long-term growth and strategic initiatives.
7. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide detailed analysis and commentary on business unit performance.
8. Lead strategic projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
9. Set up and maintain product level P&Ls to support product lifecycle management.
10. Support product pricing decisions through application of price and discount analysis for products, channels, and geographies.
Qualifications
1. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
2. Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering for Tech/Manufacturing/Complex business.
3. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
4. A high level of commercial business acumen and a strategic mindset, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day operational support to drive efficiencies.
5. Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
7. A proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
