As an Area Manager within our Events business, you will be accountable for driving growth and profitability whilst ensuring seamless event operations that reflect the core values of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing regional event operations to meet performance, financial and customer expectations
2. Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities to expand our events portfolio, contributing to overall profitability
3. Ensuring high standards of delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
4. Leading, mentoring and developing a team of event professionals to achieve excellence
5. Building strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and continual business growth
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in event management, operations or a similar role within the Security industry
2. Strong leadership and people management skills
3. Excellent financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving profitability
4. Strong communication and relationship abilities
5. A proactive and solutions focused mindset
