National salary: £65,000 - £75,000
London Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
We are seeking an innovative and delivery-focused Learning Academy Lead to join the Aviva University Learning team in the People function. In this role, you will design and deliver a comprehensive Academy aimed at upskilling and reskilling our colleagues, creating clear career pathways, and implementing dedicated learning within the Academy.
A bit about the job:
You will be accountable for making data-led decisions which shape, define and build both the current and future skills of your Academy. Working with the Talent Partners and across the People Transformation & Talent CoE to identify skills gaps and make decisions on what learning is required. You will need to build strong, trusting relationships with the learning professionals in your area to gain deeper insight into what learning is currently being delivered at Aviva ensuring everything is on Aviva University. You will identify opportunities to drive efficiency and develop the learner experience and outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Deep learning knowledge and awareness of the activities across the People function.
* Forward-thinking mindset and an ability to develop new ideas, be creative and join the dots.
* Learning qualification and/or experience.
* Strong organisation, prioritisation and project management skills with the ability to challenge and positively influence others, at all levels and resilient to resistance from stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and able to work at pace and with energy and have an ability to work flexibly and adapt to ever-changing demands.
