Job Description
We're looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to lead promotional campaigns across our gallery, magazine, and major events like Ceramic Art London. This is a unique opportunity to combine your marketing expertise with event coordination, working collaboratively with a passionate team to elevate handmade ceramics and grow our audience.
About You
You'll have:
1. At least 2 years' experience in events marketing.
2. Exceptional writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
3. Proficiency with tools like WordPress, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
4. A proactive, resourceful, and creative approach to campaigns and problem-solving.
5. Familiarity with the arts, crafts or ceramics is essential.

1. Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
2. Exceptional writing and editing skills.
3. Aesthetic sensibility and ability to curate visually compelling materials.
4. Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, WordPress, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
7. Resourceful and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
1. Familiarity with ceramics or the arts and crafts sector.
2. Experience in photo-editing or design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
3. UK driving licence.
