The role is varied and requires good management skills. You will be expected to lead and manage a team of staff in order to meet the needs of individuals. You will support the Operations Manager in providing leadership for the development of a quality service that meets CQC regulations and provides value for money. You will promote and actively implement legislation imposed by the Care Act to ensure service users receive a safe, effective, appropriate service that enables them to achieve and maintain independence, dignity and choice. You will actively promote and role model the values of choice, independence, dignity, respect and reablement.
