Quality Assurance Assistant
Part time - 18.5 hours
NJC Scale 5 - £28,163 - £30,060 (pro-rata)
This role contributes to the delivery of Council priorities by supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing an effective quality assurance framework across Children’s Safeguarding and Family Support (CSFS), with the aim of improving our services to achieve better outcomes for children and their families. The post holder will contribute to the enhancement of the quality assurance processes and data quality work within Children’s Services. This will include supporting the on-going improvement of records relating to children and their families and the sharing of learning from consultation with service users to influence positive change.
