Our Europe team supports clients and our colleagues across the water, transport, defence, cities & places, and energy sectors. The team comprises over 500 professionals spanning capabilities such as Programme Delivery, Project Controls, Programme Initiation, and Advisory services, working closely with our Strategic Consulting teams and partners.
The Major Programmes team provides strategic advice and delivers to our clients across both private sector and government infrastructure major programmes. This covers all phases of the programme life cycle, informed by our operational knowledge and deep functional expertise. By integrating both strategic and technical expertise we serve the “whole client” from the executive leadership to those who procure, deliver projects, and operations.

You will be part of our team developing prospects, acting as a lead on sales activity to deliver sustainable growth and supporting strategic positioning for specific opportunities. This involves working closely with our project teams to identify how best we can support our clients, building our Major Programmes market position, and winning profitable work. This includes across Europe and contributing to global opportunities as required.
