Job Role
The Administrator/ PA role will work for a leading Financial Services company. As the Administrator/ PA, you will support a team of Financial Advisers with all administrative tasks.
Role Responsibilities:
* Telephone appointment making with clients, prospects, and third parties
* Diary and email management
* Contact and database management (Salesforce)
* Liaising with fund providers to chase for client financial information
* Uploading meeting notes onto client CRM system
* Regular communication with clients to go through tasks and objectives
* Full management of client CRM systems
* Production of reports
* Meeting preparation documentation
* Downloading Financial Services Wealth Accounts and client valuations
* Maintaining accurate timesheets and recording time spent on tasks
What We Are Looking For:
If you have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, good common sense, and can think on your feet, this virtual Administrator role is for you!
Candidates must be computer literate with the ability to use all standard Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to a good standard.
