The Role As a key member of the Operations Team you will maintain and support Lava Group systems at customer sites throughout Ireland and the UK. You will be responsible for completing regular monthly/quarterly Planned Preventative Maintenance visits to our customer sites. You will carry out the necessary checks to ensure our systems are running to optimum performance, complete maintenance reports, provide recommendations for improvement and update our internal documentation. You will take a proactive approach to maintain Lava systems, implementing contingency procedures to improve service and reduce unplanned callouts. As a key channel between the customer and Development Team you will feedback customer improvement ideas for evaluation. You will provide a quality on-site and remote technical support service to our customers when required. You will have flexibility in work hours to provide cover if required for holidays and sickness absence to team Engineers. Excited by technology you will keep up to date with current and future technology that Lava Group could exploit. The Individual A multi-talented individual with cross-disciplinary interest and experience. Possess a mix of IT and engineering skills. Ideally 1 years experience in a field maintenance role. Computer literate (essential) with experience of PC based support tools. Logical, methodical thinker with creative problem-solving ability. Positive team player with the ability to work alone using own initiative. Able to effectively prioritise own workload. Flexible and adaptable to change.
