Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel – £32,000 – Scottish Highlands
Paramount Personnel is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a luxury venue near Braemar. You will oversee the daily operations, ensure that the highest standards are maintained, and assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak periods. You will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximise financial performance in areas of your responsibility. Proven experience at Rosette level would be preferable.

Supporting the restaurant manager, the successful assistant restaurant manager will play a pivotal role at the forefront of the F+B offering. Well known for delivering an outstanding service, you will be passionate towards hospitality and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Assistant Restaurant Manager responsibilities will include;
7. Overseeing the bar area, supervising food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
8. Creating a positive team atmosphere amongst other members of the team.
9. Working with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
10. Handling guest complaints.
11. Maintaining budget and employee records.
12. Totalling receipts and balances against sales, deposit receipts, and closing down at the end of the shift.
13. Taking ownership of issues or tasks and also giving a detailed update to the Hotel Director and the General Manager.
