The Role Reporting to the Director of Assets, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational delivery of asset management, focusing on stock condition, compliance, and major works projects. You will be responsible for: Leading operational surveying activities stock condition surveys, disrepair inspections, compliance assessments and cyclical programmes. Managing staff and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery. Driving compliance-based performance management to meet regulatory and safety standards. Supporting the development of investment plans, using stock data to inform decisions. Championing a resident-focused, value-for-money service across all asset management activities.
