As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for a given territory and must perform the selling across the range of Capgemini's portfolio. You are in charge of finding opportunities, creating, and nurturing the conditions to succeed once you've identified an opportunity.
Leading the sales strategy and customer network and managing contracts from negotiation to signed is essential. We have great autonomy within our roles but utilize the full power and capability of the sales team as a group. Managing your strategic approach to actively hitting targets and being comfortable driving this is key.
