We are looking for a Service Works Coordinator to work alongside the Service Works Supervisor ensuring quoted works jobs are completed on time and within agreed costs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with the Service team to ensure quoted works run smoothly
* Liaison with Service Admin team/Schedulers to ensure appropriate engineers to match customer requirements and production lead times
* Liaison with Production and Procurement Teams
* Cost and quote for non-routine service works
* Chase outstanding quotes for non-routine service works
* Completion, submission, and tracking of allocation sheets
* Provide information to the Production team to enable them to manufacture and order the required equipment to fulfil the project requirements within the agreed timescales and budgets
* Source suppliers, parts, and costs for third-party systems
* Work with the Service Team to ensure faulty products are returned and tracked in line with the NCR and RAN process
* Book deliveries and amend if necessary in line with changing installation/production dates
* Prepare the necessary site-specific risk assessments and method statements. Obtain the necessary approval from the client or other relevant parties
* Capture all the relevant Variation Orders to ensure cost recovery and maximise profitability
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
* Knowledge of Coopers equipment
* Understanding of Coopers systems, processes and ways of working
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
