Business Development Manager Warehouse Automation £80,000 - £120,000 DOE Car Allowance c25% Bonus Benefits Northamptonshire / Home Based Ref: 23921 Business Development Manager - The Role: Target and develop key accounts for integration projects valued at £5M - £50M across the UK within the Intralogistics and Warehousing sectors Lead presentations and presentation teams to secure new business Supervise the production of proposal documents, tenders and cost information Use contacts to obtain critical market intelligence, about competitors, customers and suppliers, enabling the business to tailor its approach accordingly Represent the business at exhibitions and conferences Produce sales forecasts and reports Business Development Manager - The Person: Established sales professional from the materials handling sector Ability to deliver a strategic approach to dealing with key, multi-site accounts, building lasting relationships to maximise business opportunities in the longer term Proven experience of winning large £5M projects within the warehousing or logistics sectors Experience of working within a systems integration environment advantageous Have existing relationships within the E-Commerce, Retail, Logistics and Warehousing sectors Commercial aptitude and ability to sell turnkey projects and customised solutions Located in Northamptonshire, this role would be commutable from Northampton, Leicester, Peterborough, Bedford, Rugby, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas when required for sales meetings.
