Location: Hybrid (3 days week in the office, the rest from the comfort of your own home)
Salary: 35,000 – 38,000 + 10% bonus

What You’ll Do:
As a Central Operations coordinator, you will support the smooth running of our hospitality operations ensuring that all systems, processes, and communications between our central office and on-site teams are effective and efficient. You will work closely with the Senior Central Operations Manager and other stakeholders to optimise operational performance and contribute to the success of the business.
Operational Support:
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of central operational procedures across all sites and provide administrative support to the central operations team, including preparing reports and presentations.
Assist with the rollout of new projects and initiatives.
Communication:
Serve as a key point of contact between the central office and on-site teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of operational updates and initiatives.
Coordination of operational guidelines, process updates, and best practices to on-site managers.
Address guest complaints or concerns, escalating issues if necessary, and ensuring prompt resolutions.
Assist with managing internal social communication tools and platforms, ensuring they are up to date and functioning efficiently.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Support in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational challenges.
System & Process Optimisation:
Work with the central team to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of centralised systems (e.g., inventory management, scheduling, guest services) to enhance site performance.

Your Background:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
* An operational hospitality background would be advantageous.
* A passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
