Our Client, a multinational energy company based in Reading, is currently hiring for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers.
Key skill requirements:
* Previous experience in call centre environments
* 1+ years experience
* Good IT skills (especially Excel)
* Personable and engaging
* Work on your own initiative, be inquisitive, decisive, and able to see tasks through to completion
Contact Centre experience is advantageous; candidates will be working in a fast-paced environment handling 40-50 calls a day.
This is a full-time hybrid contract role for a minimum of 3 months with a possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although it cannot be guaranteed). Training will be completed in the office. The role pays £14.02 per hour.
