What is the job role?
This is a unique opportunity to join us in our West Area Help and Protection team as a Team Manager and be instrumental in leading a motivated team, implementing quality assurance as standard. Being creative will assist you to deliver the best possible services and outcomes for our families.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a reflective Team Manager with a proven ability to lead and develop Social Workers. You will be committed and passionate about practice, sharing learning and knowledge and developing others.
You will possess a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) and Social Work England registration. You will have significant experience in working with children and families in a statutory social care setting and demonstrable experience in decision making on case work from Children in Need to Permanency Planning, including Court Work.
The children we work with come from a variety of backgrounds and in order to deliver the best possible care it is vital that we have a workforce that represents and understands their unique experiences and perspectives.
