Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work at a location in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via the Gorgias ticketing system across various communication channels.
2. Provide high-quality, efficient, and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
3. Follow established processes for returns, exchanges, and other customer requests.
4. Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
5. Quickly adapt to new processes and updates.
6. Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve our 4.7/Excellent Trustpilot rating.
Key Skills & Experience:
We’re seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a passion for the outdoors. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and a strong drive to help customers while ensuring efficiency and following company processes. You’re a positive problem-solver who enjoys working in a dynamic team. You should have experience in:
1. Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
2. Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining strong CSAT scores.
3. Using customer service or ticketing platforms (experience with Gorgias is a bonus!).
