Requirements To be considered for the role of Secondary HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) you will: Previous experience as a HLTA or in a similar educational support role. A commitment to inspiring and motivating secondary school students. A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship) Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
