* Join the team in Penrith
* Enter labour onto timesheet spreadsheet.
* Maintain the tonnage diary.
* Manage internal and external plant records.
* Track gang utilisation.
* Process wages.
* Process wages.
* Prepare and submit labour reports
* Compile absence reports
* Update ancillary/internal plant records
* Make alterations to the holiday chart.
* Code and complete material files.
* Process overhead invoices.
* Register and process contract invoices received during the week.
* Complete and return low loader spreadsheets.
* Generate GRNs for materials, lodge, stationery, operated and non-operated for the previous week.
* Update national holiday chart with holidays.
* Perform filing duties.
* Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
