Stakeholder & Operations Support Coordinator

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stakeholder & Operations Support Coordinator to join our team based in Wednesbury. This Monday to Friday role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with both internal and external stakeholders while supporting key operational processes. You will be responsible for managing communications, processing orders, and ensuring that operational systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders, including field teams, management, external partners, and warehouse operations, to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
* Call Management: Handle incoming calls (approx. 25 daily) from field teams and other stakeholders, addressing queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Order Processing: Raise and process orders efficiently, ensuring they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and are passed to the warehouse for fulfillment.
* Complaint Handling: Manage complaints and queries, providing responses in line with SLAs and escalating issues when needed. Ensure outcomes are communicated back to the originator.
* Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, categorizing them appropriately in systems and databases.
* Administrative Support: Perform general office administration duties to support the smooth running of operations.
* Locker Network Support: Assist in the management of a network of delivery lockers, liaising with third-party providers and maintaining up-to-date records.
* Data Management & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lockers, deliveries, and overall performance, including any failed deliveries.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring operational issues or inefficiencies and collaborate with management to suggest and implement improvements.
* Training & Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of systems and operational procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Proficient in using office software and databases.
* Previous experience in customer service or operations is a plus.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
