Location: This role can be worked from either Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield
We are looking for a skilled Change & Release Manager with extensive hands-on experience managing and supporting weekly release cycles within a DevOps team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong coordination abilities, able to streamline release processes, and ensure smooth deployments across non-Production and Production environments. Familiarity with tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Grafana, Zabbix, and Splunk is essential for monitoring, automating, and executing these releases effectively.
The candidate must have a proven track record in release management within a DevOps culture, demonstrating their ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and land changes safely in production. It is essential that the CV highlights specific instances of hands-on involvement with change and release management, as well as technical expertise in the relevant tools.
