This is 12 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing as an Innovation Technical Coordinator
1. Develop and manage communications throughout Thames Water Innovation champions.
2. Support the Innovation engagement team.
3. Coordinate and manage Thames Water technical practice groups and forums.
4. Support and enable the innovation process across Thames Water.
5. Coordinate and, where required, drive external technical engagements.
6. Support broader technical improvement activities across innovation as required.
This role will be based at Clearwater Court in a hybrid or remote setting.
36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
What you should bring to the role
7. Have a knowledge or a background in the engineering or innovation sector.
8. Be comfortable communicating and conversing with technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders alike.
9. Ability to form networks and relationships quickly and effectively across a broad stakeholder community, both internally and externally.
10. Ability to lead and influence teams and take a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.

11. Competitive salary from £47,000 to £50,000 per annum.
12. 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
