Chef de Partie – Hotel Kitchen
We are looking for a chef to join a team working together to provide high standards in quality and presentation in all areas of the hotel from consistency in high volume banquets to restaurant standard preparation and presentation for the hotel residents.
The Hotel is only 30 minutes from Blackpool, Preston and Lancaster with a reputation for producing excellent quality food using the finest local ingredients to prepare a variety of dishes.

Job Description
As a senior chef in the kitchen, your duties will require you to prep and deliver a variety of menus from breakfast to brasserie, buffet to banquets. Assist in the creation of new menus and deliver existing menus to agreed recipes and standards of presentation. Maintain stock levels through effective ordering and stock rotation. Effectively manage junior chefs under the leadership of the head chef and sous chef. Work with all hotel staff to promote a good working environment in a customer-led environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a professional kitchen working with fresh produce is essential. Applications from experienced senior chefs and passionate experienced commis chefs looking to expand their knowledge and skills will be considered. Relevant qualifications and food hygiene certification are mandatory.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
