Our client is currently recruiting a Team Administrator to join the team at their offices in Stroud.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative tasks.
2. Coordinate meetings and ensure meeting notes are distributed and arrange agendas.
3. Offer support to Directors for personal administration during busy times.
4. Support the Managing Director in managing basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
5. Liaise with external accountants and manage financial records.
6. Provide administration support for recruitment activities.
7. General office support: Order stationery and other installation-related products.
8. Monitor emails, reply where possible, and if not, pass to the Manager.
Our client is happy to look at experienced or trainee candidates; essentially, needs to be someone who likes a challenge and is very organised. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Hours: Monday - Friday - 38 Hours
Salary: £25-28k depending on experience
