Our client is a very well-established provider of precast moulds and concrete admixes for the concrete market for the past 20 years or more. They understand the importance of efficient concrete delivery to meet business needs and as they are pioneers and leaders in the volumetric concrete sector, they have a team of experts ready to offer full support and the necessary equipment.
They operate from a 5-acre site and are now looking for a technically orientated internal salesperson to join the team and enhance the growing reputation that the business has. You will:
1. Liaise with engineers on site, check stock levels/production line for moulds, and build solid relationships with customers.
2. Identify and follow up on new sales leads through various channels that include Social Media, Networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct product demonstrations, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is crucial.
4. Carry out market research to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
It is important that you have internal sales experience and a technical aptitude together with drive and ambition. You might have come from a construction background, and any concrete/precast knowledge is useful, though you could also have a background related to:
* Hydraulics
* Flowmeters
* Pumps
* Conservatory/PVC Windows
