The Director of Housekeeping plays a critical role in maintaining the reputation of the establishment by ensuring that all areas are exemplary and meet the highest standards of cleanliness in a luxury Hotel.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures to ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of the premises.
* Prepare duty rosters and manage the staff schedule to cover all necessary tasks efficiently.
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
* Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the housekeeping staff.
* Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring budget compliance and adequate supplies at all times.
* Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping service and standards.
* Coordinate with other departments, such as Maintenance and Front Desk, to enhance guest service and efficiency.
Pay Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
