An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pre Construction / Proposals Coordinator to join a regional contractor within their Work Winning team based at Head Office in North London.
The Senior Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating & drafting our quality proposal documentation such as EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and RFPs.
Key Accountabilities include:
* Drafting compelling bids, with the coordination of proposal contributors' input such as Estimators, Planners, Preconstruction Managers, and wider teams.
* Support the creation of internal proposal management documents related to kick-offs and settlements.
* Proofing and editing third-party bid responses, ensuring each document contains information required to create a successful, winning bid.
* Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to maintain efficiency across submissions.
* Supporting post-bid activities such as presentation creation and information logging.
* Monitoring and logging of tender opportunities through various procurement portals.
* Other administrative duties where required, which may contribute to supporting the wider office team and its directors.
Experience/Knowledge:
Essential Criteria:
* Experience of working within a bid team.
* Experience in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses.
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Desirable Criteria:
* Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English.
* APMP Certification is preferred but not essential.
* Experience of working with bid submission and procurement portals.
* Construction industry experience, preferably Civil Engineering.
