An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pre Construction / Proposals Coordinator to join a regional contractor within their Work Winning team based at Head Office in North London.
The Senior Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating & drafting our quality proposal documentation such as EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and RFPs.
Key Accountabilities
1. Drafting compelling bids, with the coordination of proposal contributors' input such as Estimators, Planners, Preconstruction Managers, and wider teams.
2. Support the creation of internal proposal management documents related to kick-offs and settlements.
3. Proofing and editing third parties' bid responses, ensuring each document contains information required to create a successful, winning bid.
4. Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to maintain efficiency across submissions.
5. Supporting post-bid activities such as presentation creation and information logging.
6. Monitoring and logging of tender opportunities through various procurement portals.
7. Other administrative duties where required, which may contribute to supporting the wider office team and its directors.
Experience/Knowledge
Essential Criteria:
1. Experience of working within a bid team.
2. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses.
3. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English.
2. APMP Certification is preferred but not essential.
3. Experience of working with bid submission and procurement portals.
4. Construction industry experience, preferably Civil Engineering.
