We are looking for a talented and driven individual, to join us as a HR Assistant Intern who represents Fusion Ventures Group to make a meaningful impact. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and with a passion for ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and handling necessary administrative tasks, such as contract changes, system updates, and document processing.
* Support the HR Business Partner with their designated business area and workload
* Regularly update the HR system to ensure it remains accurate and up-to-date
* Collaborate with the Payroll Team on employee-related queries
* Handle staff queries in person, via email, or phone
* Provide coaching and training to managers on policies and procedures
* Assist with and conduct recruitment across the business
* Issue employment contracts and address any related queries
* Develop, maintain, and provide relevant HR data to key stakeholders
* Assist other HR teams with ad hoc projects and additional HR duties as required
